  • Established in 2006, Matrix Surgery Center was primarily started as a continuation of offering the next level of Excellence in Pain services. Since then we have added Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Neurology and Oral Surgery to our list of services.
  • Housed in just over 12,000 square feet, we offer 3 state-of-the-art OR's, 5 treatment rooms, 8 pre-operative bays and 12 recovery room bays. These areas are designed with the patient in mind to make your visit with us the most comfortable and friendly that we can.
