Our New Patient Process

Step 1: Learn About Neuromodulation

Start by watching our short explainer video. It will help you understand what neuromodulation is, how it works, and why it has been recommended for you.

Step 2: Planning Phase

Our team will review your medical history with you and obtain prior authorization from your insurance company. This phase also includes a psychological evaluation, which is required by most insurers.

Step 3: Trial Phase

You will meet with one of our neuromodulation physicians, who will place a temporary device that allows you to experience neuromodulation firsthand. This trial will show you what pain relief you can expect from neuromodulation before receiving your permanent implant.

Step 4: Implantation Phase

If the trial is successful, the next step is the implantation of a long-term device designed to deliver ongoing neuromodulation and help manage pain over time.

What Happens Next?

Our team will contact you to guide you through the planning phase and answer any questions—always with the goal of helping you feel better and regain quality of life.
